1. INFORMATION ON THE COMPANY:

This site is published by ARMOR, which is the proprietor of the ARMOR trademark.
ARMOR is a French Société par Actions Simplifiée with capital of €10,299,450, registered with the Nantes Trade and Companies Register under the number 857 800 692.

3. TERMS OF USE:

The Extranet offers to each user a private space including personal data, documents and information. The access to the Extranet is reserved to the following users:
- Main Users: companies which are current customers and prescriptors of ARMOR
Users: employees of the Main Users
All users of the 2go2 Extranet (2go2.inkanto.com) (the "Extranet") undertake to comply with the following terms of use.
The terms of use might be modified by ARMOR at any time. The user undertakes to refer to it regularly.
The Extranet can be accessed free of charge, excluding connexion and navigation costs for the user, by all users who are equipped with an internet connection and have been provided with a login and a password. ARMOR undertakes to use all resources at its disposal in order to provide access to and ensure the correct functioning of the Extranet 24/24 and 7/7 except in force majeure cases, technical issues including computer issues or telecommunication network issues. However ARMOR, declines all liability in the event of an availability or network functioning problem, interruption of work or loss of data in connection with the Extranet's use. Solely users are responsible for the correct functioning of their equipment and for the use thereof. ARMOR moreover reserves the right to suspend access to the Extranet at any time, with no prior warning, in order to carry out maintenance operations or for any other reason.
The contents of this Extranet are designed and updated with the greatest care. Nevertheless, ARMOR cannot guarantee that the information published on the Extranet is exhaustive and reliable, and declines all liability in the event of inaccuracies and/or missing contents. As required, users are requested to contact ARMOR in order to make timely corrections. The pictures are non-contractual. All users are liable for the data they disseminate, use and/or transfer and in this regard undertake to comply with the French regulations in force, in particular those concerning clearly illegal content (indecent content, racist content, child pornography, etc.) or the protection of third party rights (such as intellectual property rights). ARMOR is not liable for the use of data or content that is disseminated by another person and that, in particular, does not comply with the regulations in force.
The Extranet may contain hypertext links to external websites. ARMOR does not provide users with any warranty concerning the content, the services offered or the technical characteristics of these sites, which are managed by third parties, and declines all liability with regard to the use thereof. ARMOR expressly declares in this respect that it has no right of scrutiny with respect to the information provided by said websites, and the presence of hypertext links on no account constitutes implicit or explicit approval of said entities.

4. CREATION OF USER'S ACCOUNT:

Each user has a nominative and unique account to access to the Extranet.
In order to create his account, a user shall contact salesttr@armor-group.com.
After the creation and activation of his account by ARMOR's services, user shall browse https://2go2.inkanto.com in order to identify with his login and password and to have access to his own personal account.

By creation of his account user undertakes to have taken knowledge and accepted the general and specific terms of use of the Extranet.

5. PROTECTION OF THE USER'S ACCOUNT:

Access to the Extranet requires a login and a password.
Users must ensure the confidentiality of their login information, which they must not disclose to third parties.

Each user is responsible for the management and retention of his login and password. User shall take the necessary precautions to protect them and undertakes to inform ARMOR immediately of any unauthorized use of this data.
The login is the e-mail address of the user. ARMOR recommends using a professional, not generic, e-mail address.
The user creates his own password according to the character set required by the Extranet at least eight characters (with at least one letter, a number and an uppercase). ARMOR recommends changing it regularly. At any time, the user can change his password by using "my account/my profile/change my password". In case of loss of password, user can create a new one via the "forgotten password" functionality on the page: https://2go2.inkanto.com/
Users shall therefore be liable for all of their account activity and undertake to inform ARMOR as soon as possible of any unauthorised use of their login information.
Regarding the fact that a Main User might have several accesses (logins and passwords) to the Extranet for its Users, when a User quit his job, Main User shall contact ARMOR in order to allow ARMOR to delete the corresponding account. ARMOR declines all liability in the event of lack of information by the Main User.
ARMOR also reserves the right to block access to the service to any users who do not comply with the terms of use mentioned herein, unilaterally and without notice.

6. FUNCTIONING OF THE SERVICE:

The user has access to several functionalities related to the product (thermal transfer ribbons) and many subjects related to the product: printers, receptors, industries, applications, certifications. These functionalities are detailed in the document that can be found at the bottom of this page.

A. CUSTOMER REQUESTS AND MESSAGES

The personal data embodied and archived in the user's account will be available directly to the user during at least one (1) year. This function might allow the user to make some historical researches if necessary.
Armor will keep these data with no limitation of time.

B. CERTIFICATIONS

The certifications might be downloaded directly from his personal account by the user and user might use these information with his own customers.

C. DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times mentioned on the Extranet have to be understood as follows:
The delivery times are written as "D+1", "D+2" etc. in this case, D means "Day" and Armor will commit to a sending from slitting site at "D+..." provided that the order is placed in accordance with the period agreed by the concerned affiliate.

D. AFTER SALES SERVICE

The user has to use the tab "request" in order to access to the after sales services. Data linked to the exchanges between Armor and the user will be kept and accessible in order to allow user to access to the historical of the different requests he had.

7. OWNERSHIP - COPYRIGHT:

The presentation and the content of the Extranet together constitute a work that is protected by the laws in force that govern copyright, intellectual and industrial property. The intellectual property rights to the corporate names, designations, logos or domain names used on the Extranet are reserved. Any designs that appear on the Extranet, drawings, photographs, images, text, animated sequences with or without sound and other displayed documentation, are protected by copyright, industrial and/or intellectual property rights and are, as applicable, the property of ARMOR and/or its subsidiaries or third parties who have authorised ARMOR and/or its subsidiaries to use them.
No commercial utilisation, reproduction, public display, use, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation, commercialisation, in whole or in part of these items (including those that can be downloaded or copied) is permitted without the prior written agreement of ARMOR and/or its subsidiaries, with the exception of private use, without prejudice to the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. In addition to the copyrights, the breach of one of these industrial and/or intellectual property rights is an infringement that is punishable by a 3-year prison sentence and a fine of €300,000.

8. RETENTION OF DATA:

The data collected within the framework of the Extranet are necessary for the management of users' registrations, users' authentication on the Extranet (during their connections) and the statistical evaluation of the Extranet's attendance level.

A. DATA LINKED TO THE USER

Data linked to users are:
- Gender
- First name and Last name
- Company
- Function
- Phone
- Email address(login)
- Encrypted password,

Some information are tracked in link with the Extranet use:
- Pages visited
- Connection history to the Extranet

B. STATISTICAL DATA

ARMOR manages statistical evaluations on the attendance level based on the whole accesses to the Extranet history. These statistics are based on visit's date, indication of the visited page. On this purpose, no personal data is used.
The only aim of these statistics is the improvement of the service proposed via the Extranet.

C. USER'S DATA PROTECTION

ARMOR undertakes to protect and ensure the confidentiality of the personal data treated on the Extranet in accordance with professional standards.
Personal data are not subject of any communication, assignment or disclosure to third parties. The Main User is the only one who is entitled to receive the users' list corresponding to his company.

D. RETENTION OF USER'S DATA

The retention period of the data relating to the user corresponds to the length of time during which the user has an account for the Extranet. After this time, the data is instantly deleted from the Extranet. Nevertheless, ARMOR might be obliged to keep them from the removal of the user's account due to the backup and security measures taken for its information system.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA:

ARMOR informs you that your personal data are collected on the Website, such as your last name, first name and email address, and are subject to a processing implemented by ARMOR for purposes of marketing analysis or customer-prospect relationship management.

They are intended for ARMOR, as the controller of the personal data collected, and/or its subsidiaries, and in particular to the persons in charge of the marketing department, the sales department, the customer service department and the business development department, the administrative services, human resources services, logistics and IT services.

ARMOR and/or its subsidiaries may transmit the information collected to third parties, including some of its technical service providers so that they can ensure the proper functioning of the Website.
In this context, your data may be transferred outside the European Union. ARMOR undertakes to put in place appropriate safeguards, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
The data collected are kept for the maximum duration required by the regulation in force.

In accordance with the GDPR and the National Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, port, erase them or to ask for the restriction of processing to the personal data concerning you by sending a mail to the following address: ARMOR SAS, to the attention of DPO, 20 rue de Chevreul, CS 90508, 44105 NANTES Cedex 4, FRANCE. In default of a satisfying answer from ARMOR, you also have the possibility to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. COOKIES:

ARMOR informs users that cookies might be automatically saved on their device while navigating on the Extranet. Cookies on the Extranet are used for web metrics (designed to establish visitor numbers and statistics) and, where applicable, for log in details (facilitating navigation and enabling to use some functionalities of the Extranet).
User is deemed to have given his consent for the Extranet to store cookies:
- if user continued his browsing session by clicking on a component of the Extranet such as an image, title, button, etc. or if user visited any page other than the page accessed when user first logged on.
- for a 13-months period beginning on the date on which cookies were first stored on user's device.
- User can change how our Extranet stores cookies at any time via his Internet browser's settings.
Host of the Extranet, Salesforce, issues a session cookie to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session.
The session cookie does not include the user's username or password. Salesforce does not use cookies to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.

As audience analysis tool, the Extranet uses Google Analytics. In this context, the data generated by the cookies concerning your use of the Extranet will be transmitted and stored by Google on servers located in the United States. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the Safe Harbor Principles. Google Analytics was set up by us on this Extranet with the option "Anonymize IP", which ensures that your IP address is always treated anonymously. User can go to Google Privacy Policy if he would like to browse the Extranet without being integrated into anonymous Google Analytics tracking. Of course, user can oppose more globally the recording of cookies (or equivalent technology) by selecting the appropriate parameters of his browser.

11. APPLICABLE LAW:

The Extranet is governed by French law; the French courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
